Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan noted that the changes taking place in the capital are changing the mood. “The colors that have increased in our center really affect our mood,” he said.
Tigran Avinyan also said: “Today I was asking Macron if he noticed a difference compared to 8 years ago, when he visited Yerevan in 2018, and he said that the city is very full of energy and has changed. I think this is the result of the important changes that are taking place in the city.”
