In Kharkiv, a Shahed missile hit an apartment on the 12th floor of a residential building at night.
According to Ukrainian media, the warhead of the missile did not explode, so the owner of the apartment only received minor shrapnel injuries.
It is noted that in addition to the attack on Kharkiv, the Russian armed forces also struck Ukrainian ports in the Danube (Izmail) and the Odesa region.
The port and storage infrastructure were damaged there. Fires broke out in some facilities.
