Magdalena Grono, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, welcomed today’s meeting of the Armenia-Turkey Joint Working Group on the Rehabilitation and Commissioning of the Gyumri-Kars Railway.
“The EU fully supports this new important step towards the development of communication opportunities in the region and the full normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations,” Grono noted on her X page.
