Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the 8th bilateral meeting of the Armenia-EU Civil Society Platform that joining the EU or not is a matter of political decision.
“The EU can decide not to expand or to expand with a certain logic. We cannot force anyone’s will if the EU decides to accept us as a full member, then great. And if not, then we will win, because we will be a country that meets the best modern standards,” the Prime Minister said.
According to him, our country’s strategy is to set the highest standards. “And today we understand that we are far from that point,” Nikol Pashinyan emphasized.
