Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that an agreement has been reached with the Russian President to hold a high-level meeting in the second half of June.
“There was no backstage meeting between the Russian President and me. It was a working lunch, and we, as always, had lunch and talked in a friendly manner. As I have noted, I assess the visit as very successful,” the Prime Minister said, adding that everything he said in that hall was a reflection of his previous public statements.
“I did not say anything new during the meeting with the Russian President. At least what was said there, you have already heard from me here, in one or another format, in other words, zero news,” the Prime Minister noted. He also emphasized that relations between Armenia and Russia are currently in a stage of constructive transformation, and he assesses this process positively.
“We will continue to adhere to our principle: we will not deviate from the logic of friendly dialogue and will continue to follow that path,” Nikol Pashinyan emphasized.
