The names of the heads of the Iranian and US delegations for the talks in Islamabad this Friday have been announced, according to the Iranian ISNA news agency.
Majlis Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf will lead the Iranian negotiating team, while US Vice President J.D. Vance will lead the US delegation.
The agenda of the talks includes a 10-point framework of proposals from Iran, covering not only the nuclear program and regional security issues but also the lifting of primary and secondary sanctions imposed on Iran about 45 years ago.
