Vahagan Aleksanyan, a representative of the Civil Contract party, wrote on his Facebook page:
“Russian Armenians remain the sole group permitted to conduct rallies and gatherings within the Russian Federation.” Of course, this only occurs during the visits of Armenian officials and is directed against them, but it does not change anything; this reflects a fantastic positive attitude towards the Armenian community, for which I would like to thank my Russian colleagues once again.
Honestly, friends, imagine, NO other, absolutely NO group, on any issue, against anyone is allowed, while Armenians are allowed against the Armenian authorities. Isn’t such behavior a good thing? Isn’t this a clearly positive attitude?
Who said relations with Russia aren’t at that level??
