Russia wants all political forces in Armenia to be able to participate in the parliamentary elections, Vladimir Putin said.
“It would be desirable for all political forces to participate in the internal political processes during the elections. Some of them, I know, are deprived of their freedom, although they have Russian passports. That is your decision, we do not interfere, but it would be desirable for them to participate in the work of the internal political processes,” the Russian president said.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan responded to this, emphasizing that there are no political prisoners in Armenian prisons.
