Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi said that there have been no negotiations or dialogues with the American side.
“There have been no negotiations or dialogues with the American side. However, for several days now, the American side has been sending various messages through intermediaries, asking that they be transmitted through our friendly countries and that we respond by presenting our positions or issuing necessary warnings.
This is neither negotiation nor dialogue; it is simply an exchange of messages through friends. Within the framework of these messages, we have reaffirmed our principled positions and in some cases have sounded warnings,” the Iranian Foreign Minister said.
The Iranian Foreign Minister also thanked neighboring countries for their cooperation over the past few days. “I must also thank the governments of Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey, and even Saudi Arabia for their cooperation in the transfer of Iranians. “Our neighbors, including Pakistan, also provided significant support.”
