The skeleton of the famous gunfighter d’Artagnan has been found in the Netherlands, according to local media.
The find was found in one of the churches in Maastricht, where d’Artagnan died as part of the French army. Fragments of a gun bullet were found in the chest area, and a French coin was found at the burial site.
DNA samples will now be sent to experts to confirm the hypothesis.
