On February 24, the Interdepartmental Commission on Free Economic Zones held a meeting at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, chaired by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, the Commission’s Chairman, Gevorg Papoyan.
During the meeting, based on reports and declarations submitted by the organizers and operators of FEZs, the results of activities for 2025 were discussed, along with a number of issues related to the development of free economic zones.
The current activities of the “Meghri” free economic zone and further steps were also discussed.
Based on the discussions, relevant decisions were made, and recommendations were provided.
