The Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia reports that the first four national minorities with the largest number of permanent residents in the Republic of Armenia, according to the data of the 2022 census, are:

According to the Electoral Code and the Constitution, the electoral list of a party/bloc may include a second part, consisting of representatives of the first four national minorities with the largest number of permanent residents, as determined by the last census preceding the elections. The second part of the electoral list has 4 sections, each of which may include up to 4 representatives from the corresponding national minority. In case of not including a representative of a national minority in any section, the corresponding section is not filled in.

A candidate for deputy representing a national minority included in the second part of the electoral list may also be included in the first part of the electoral list.
