Iran is expected to submit a written proposal to defuse tensions with the United States soon, a senior U.S. official told Reuters, referring to the Geneva talks.
Indirect talks were held in Geneva on Tuesday between U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. The discussions were aimed at preventing a deepening crisis between the two countries.
