Volodymyr Zelensky announced progress in the military direction after the Geneva talks.
The president said that the military understands how they will monitor the ceasefire and the cessation of hostilities, if there is political will.
“They have agreed on almost everything in principle. Monitoring will be carried out with the participation of the American side,” Zelensky said.
