“Since peace has finally been established, we can talk about the last five years, about this difficult period,” said NA Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan, addressing the “Armenia” faction.
“Every time there was an escalation, an attack, shootings on our border, the government and we had two concerns: how to protect our external borders and how to maintain our internal stability. Because every time you have accepted the attack on our country as a gift from God and immediately tried to create chaos with rallies,” he said.
