The Bank has completed ahead of schedule the placement of the next tranche of bonds with a total volume of AMD 3 bln.
The bonds carry an annual coupon yield of 10.5%, with semiannual coupon payments. The circulation period is 36 months, and the maturity date is September 30, 2028.
The bonds will be listed on the Armenia Stock Exchange and will be quoted by a Market Maker.
Coupon payments and redemption of the bonds will be carried out according to the following schedule:
- 1st payment – March 30, 2026
- 2nd payment – September 30, 2026
- 3rd payment – March 30, 2027
- 4th payment – September 30, 2027
- 5th payment – March 30, 2028
- 6th payment and redemption of nominal value – September 30, 2028.

In accordance with the RA Law “On Guaranteeing Compensation of Bank Deposits of Individuals”, funds attracted by the Bank through the issuance of registered coupon bonds are considered guaranteed bank deposits and are insured by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
