Ararat Mirzoyan honored the memory of the victims in Strasbourg

On January 27, on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance of those who died defending the Fatherland, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan laid flowers at the khachkar erected in front of the headquarters of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
