A ferry capsized in the southern Philippines, killing at least 15 people. More than 350 people were on board, 28 of whom are still missing.
The MV Trisha Kerstin 3 sent a distress signal at around 3:00 local time, about four hours after leaving port.
At least 316 people have been rescued, Coast Guard Commander Romel Duan told AFP. A coast guard plane was dispatched to the scene to assist in the rescue operation.
