As reported by the Azerbaijani APA, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced this.
He noted that Vance’s decision not to visit Georgia was the United States’ own decision.
“The current state of Georgian-American relations is well known. The situation created by the Biden administration is very complicated. We have declared our readiness to restore the strategic partnership from a clean slate and are cautiously awaiting the decision of the US administration,” Kobakhidze added.
