The United States has completed its withdrawal from the World Health Organization (WHO). Washington has stopped funding the organization and pulled its staff from all offices and headquarters, the US Department of Health and Human Services announced.
However, as Bloomberg reports, Washington has not paid the WHO a $260 million debt.
