According to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, as of the morning of January 22, slightly less than 3,000 apartment buildings in Kyiv were left without heating. He wrote about this on his Telegram page.
“Heating was restored in 270 buildings overnight. This is the second case when infrastructure was damaged as a result of enemy attacks on January 9 and 20. Emergency power outages are currently ongoing in Kyiv,” the Kyiv mayor wrote.
