Drones attacked the city of Budyonnovsk in Russia’s Stavropol Territory overnight.
Monitoring groups reported the destruction of the Stavropol petrochemical plant.
Stavropol is a major petrochemical company within the Lukoil group. It is Russia’s second-largest producer of polyethylene and third-largest producer of polypropylene.
There has been no official statement from the Russian authorities yet. The governor said the fire in the industrial zone had been extinguished.
