For several days, representatives of US President Donald Trump have been working with Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Andriy Hnatov. Umerov reported this on his X page.
“Thank you for the constructive work. The main task of the Ukrainian team was to receive from the American side full information about their conversation in Moscow and all drafts of the current proposals, so that they could be discussed in detail with the President of Ukraine. Together with all partners, we must do everything to end this war with dignity,” Umerov wrote.
He added that today, December 8, the delegation will provide the President of Ukraine with complete information on all aspects of the dialogue with the American side. All documents will also be transferred.
“We are working as intensively as possible,” Umerov added.
