During his working visit to the Republic of Cyprus, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with the National Security Advisor to the President of Cyprus and Director of the Intelligence Service, Tassos Tsionis.
The Secretary of the Security Council thanked the Cypriot side for the warm welcome and emphasized the high level of political relations between Armenia and Cyprus, emphasizing the role of high-level mutual visits and continuous contacts.
The interlocutors discussed a wide range of the bilateral political agenda, as well as opportunities for cooperation in multilateral formats. Armen Grigoryan thanked the Armenian structures for the consistent support of the Cypriot authorities.
The parties discussed the peace established in the South Caucasus and the steps being taken as a result. At the request of Tassos Tsionis, Armen Grigoryan presented the preparatory work required for the implementation of the “Trump Path for International Peace and Prosperity” project.
Both sides reaffirmed their willingness to continue joint efforts to fully realize the potential of bilateral cooperation for the benefit of friendship between the two peoples and the advancement of mutual interests
