Striving to provide maximum convenience for our customers, Armeconombank offers delivery of payment cards.
The service applies to newly ordered cards, except for Arca Social, Arca Gift, and VISA Business cards.
The card will be delivered to customers within 5 business days in Yerevan and within 7 business days in the regions of Armenia.
Delivery within Yerevan is free of charge, while in the regions, as well as for cards issued under preferential service fees, the delivery cost is 1,000 AMD.
Newly ordered cards are delivered without a PIN code.
The card can be activated in the following ways:
- Through an ATM of any bank that is a member of the ArCa payment system equipped with the required software. In this case, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent via SMS to the cardholder’s mobile phone number registered in the Bank, while the cardholder follows the on-screen instructions to activate the card.
• Through the AEB Mobile application, by following the on-screen instructions to set a PIN code. When activating the card via the AEB Mobile app, before using it physically (non-contactless) with a PIN code, it is necessary to confirm the PIN through an ATM of any bank participating in the ArCa payment system, using the “Change PIN” option.
When ordering via delivery, the card is sent to the address provided by the cardholder and is handed over upon presentation of an identity document and successful identification.
Upon receiving the card, it is necessary to make sure that the envelope is sealed and undamaged, and that the details embossed on the card correspond to your order.

Please note that the card is issued once the Customer provides the required documents to the Bank or completes identification through the AEB Mobile application, and is made available to the Customer within a maximum of 5 banking days.
