Arsenal are close to signing Martín Zubimendi.
According to journalist Ben Jacobs, the English club has agreed to sign the 26-year-old midfielder from Real Sociedad.
“The deal just needs to be formalized. We have agreed everything with the player,” the publication says.
It is worth noting that in the summer of 2024, Zubimendi rejected Liverpool, who were ready to activate his €60 million release clause.
The midfielder also refused to move to Arsenal in the winter of 2023.
