“We will not give the capital to Russian citizens.” Aram Sargsyan

The leader of the “Republic” party, Aram Sargsyan, stated:

“The “Republic” party did not form a coalition in Yerevan with the” Civil Contract” party out of an obsession with holding positions. We are ideological. Even if we refuse positions, we will remain faithful to the coalition memorandum and will not give the capital to Russian citizens.
