Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent telegrams of condolences to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Massoud Pezeshkian, on the death of innocent citizens as a result of an explosion at the Shahid Rajaee Port in the city of Bandar Abbas.
The telegram addressed to the Iranian spiritual leader states:
“I express my deep condolences on the death of innocent citizens as a result of an explosion at the Shahid Rajaee port in the city of Bandar Abbas.
At this challenging moment, we extend our words of support and solidarity to you and the friendly people of Iran and wish a speedy recovery to all the injured.”
The telegram of condolences addressed to the President of Iran states:
“I learned with deep sorrow about the terrible explosion that occurred at the Shahid Rajaee Port in Bandar Abbas, which caused innocent casualties and injuries.
On behalf of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I extend my condolences and sympathy to you and the friendly people of Iran.
I express my support to the families and relatives of the victims at this difficult time, and I wish the injured a speedy recovery.”
