A shooting took place in Murmansk late on March 30 on Kolsky Avenue. The suspect opened fire from the roof of a 14-story building at a patrol car. No one was injured in the incident. The attacker was wounded during his arrest and was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
TASS news agency, citing the Russian National Guard, initially reported that the shooter had been neutralized, then that he was injured. RIA Novosti, citing emergency services, also reported that the shooter was injured. The Telegram channel Mash, in turn, writes that, according to preliminary data, the shooter was seriously injured.
It should be noted that at the moment, there is no information about the terrorist nature of the incident.
It is noteworthy that Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Murmansk three days ago, on March 27.
