Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan referred to the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020, noting that none of its articles exist:
There is no “November 9” article, and this is the de facto reality.
According to him, “November 9” does not have only one article; there are eight more articles. We have seen what happened with those eight articles. How can anyone, whether a politician or not, not accept what happened with those eight and say for one article that we need to return to the document and repeat the same path? That is why I do not share that opinion.”
Grigoryan stated this in response to the statements of Edmon Marukyan, the chairman of the “Bright Armenia” party, that “Azerbaijan is currently planning a military attack, and the only way to stop it is “November 9.”
