Nico Gonzalez’s transfer to Barcelona will bring in less money than previously reported.
Recall that Manchester City bought the midfielder from Porto for 60 million euros. It was reported that Barcelona, which sold Nico in 2024 for 8.4 million euros, will receive 40% of the profit from the resale.
However, the Portuguese club announced that the Blaugrana would receive only 20% of the profit; Porto previously purchased the rights to the remaining share for 3 million euros.
