In a letter to his successor, Donald Trump, former US President Joe Biden promised to pray for the prosperity of the United States over the next four years. The Fox News channel published the message.
In the text of the letter, Biden wishes Trump and his family “all the best for the next four years.”
“The American people worldwide look to this building (the White House) during the inevitable storms of its history. I pray there will be prosperity and peace in the next four years. “May God bless and guide you as he has blessed and guided our country since its founding,” Biden wrote.
Trump called Biden’s letter “a little inspiring.” “I thought, well, I have to let people see it,” the US president said.
