In a new report, the international human rights organization Amnesty International accused the Israeli authorities of the genocide of the Palestinians.
The authors of the report report that “carefully and comprehensively” the actions of TZAHAL in the Gaza Strip, the number of killed and injured, as well as the scale of destruction during military operations were studied.
“We can come to only one valid conclusion: Israel’s goal is the physical destruction of the Palestinians in Gaza, and it does not matter if it is in parallel with the military goal of destroying Hamas or as a means to achieve that goal,” said Amnesty International’s head Anies Callamar. :
The report calls the attack by Hamas on peaceful Israelis on October 7, 2023, a “bloody” and “monstrous crime”. Along with that, deliberate mass killing and hostage-taking “can in no way justify the Israeli genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza,” the authors of the report emphasized.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry responded to the conclusion of human rights defenders. “Amnesty International” once again submitted a fabricated report, which is entirely false; it is based on lies,” the department stated.
