On October 16, the joint project of the RA Government and “Renshin” World Trade Center Yerevan signed a cooperation agreement with the prestigious Colliers company.
The contract was signed by Artashes Tonoyan, Executive Director and Chairman of the Management Board, on behalf of World Trade Center Yerevan, and Sankey Prasad, President and Managing Director, on behalf of Colliers, Middle East & India. RA Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan was also present at the contract signing ceremony.
Thanks to this significant partnership between World Trade Center Yerevan and Colliers, Armenia’s investment and commercial real estate sector will have new approaches to developing and managing construction and urban development projects, which will significantly affect the industry’s and economy’s development.
“We are glad that this large-scale project implemented in Armenia is of interest to this world-leading company. The Armenian government will pursue the idea that our country will become even more attractive and interesting for investments through the World Trade Center Yerevan project,” said RA Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan.
World Trade Center Yerevan is the largest public-private partnership project in Armenia, implemented by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and Renshin Urban Development and Investment Company. It will offer state-of-the-art, multifunctional real estate with commercial, office, hotel spaces, shops, and showrooms.
