I heartily congratulate you on this symbolic day, the RA Independence Day.
Ensuring and protecting the practical realization of human rights are the cornerstone prerequisites for independence, statehood strengthening, and development. In that sense, it is essential to unify all our efforts.
As a human rights defender, I am committed to protecting and promoting the rights and freedoms of citizens and contributing to the formation of a tolerant environment in our society, where everyone’s rights and dignity will be guaranteed, regardless of any characteristics and circumstances.
