The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, called not to limit the use of weapons provided by allies to Ukraine, which is trying to liberate its territories occupied by Russia.
Borel made his statement in Brussels during an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers.
“Restrictions on weapons handed over to Ukraine should be removed. It should be used to the full extent to attack military facilities on the territory of Russia, by international rules.” stated the EU High Representative, welcoming the Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba. writes il Messaggero.
