RA Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan announced that Armenia should raise the issue of access to Turkey’s and Georgia’s ports in the WTO.
According to him, according to the WTO rules, the countries with access to the sea should make their ports accessible to those countries that do not have such access. Papoyan said that although Georgia and Turkey are members of the WTO, they do not properly observe the rules. “From now on, this issue should become one of the key issues of the economic agenda, for which the work of the diplomatic corps should be reformulated,” he said.
