According to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the region has changed a lot.

Two of our neighboring countries have the status of candidates for EU membership, and if before, it was possible to say: Where is the EU? Where is our region now? The EU is, in fact, our area, and we have to deal with this fact.”
