Poland has sent a new tank battalion to the Belarusian border

On Sunday, November 12, the country’s Minister of Defense, Mariusz Blaszczak, announced that Poland has deployed a new tank battalion on its eastern border with Belarus

The battalion will be designated as the 1st Infantry Division. According to Blaszczak, the new unit’s task will be to “restrain the aggressor and ensure security.”
