The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country reports that Egypt will assist the evacuation of 7,000 foreigners from the Palestinian Gaza Strip through the Rafah checkpoint.
Al-Ahram newspaper reported yesterday that the Egyptian Foreign Ministry will issue transit visas to persons with dual citizenship to ensure their further evacuation to their countries.
On November 1, 361 foreign citizens crossed the Rafah crossing from the Gaza Strip to the Egyptian side. According to information, it is mainly about persons with dual citizenship and employees of international organizations. In addition, Egypt also evacuated 45 Palestinians who were injured during Israel’s shelling of the Gaza Strip.
