According to him, RA is ready and interested in opening regional communications. In other words, we are prepared to open the roads for Azerbaijan and Turkey. It should happen based on RA sovereignty and jurisdiction, on the principle of equality and reciprocity. This means that no third force should have control over any territory of RA,” said the Prime Minister.
He noted that in the case of a railway, the question of passing through Meghri is unobjectionable because we don’t have a railway anywhere else. This means lifting the blockade of Armenia.
“We have the Ijevan-Hrazdan-Gazakh road, but there has been a huge landslide in the area of Haghartsin village for more than 20 years, which requires 500 million dollars and more money to eliminate,” said Pashinyan.
