“Who, who, but the phrase “puppet government” is familiar to your faction because you and the faction next to it have formed a puppet government in the country for many years, which neither breathed, nor exhaled, nor coughed, nor sneezed on its own, therefore, I think, you know: what am I talking about, – announced the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, responding to the question of ARF MP Artur Khachatryan of the National Assembly “Hayastan” faction and the phrase “puppet government” in it.
Pashinyan said he does not want to talk about his colleagues in Nagorno-Karabakh. “Because you also put them under attack, because I want to remind you how you used to celebrate with two factions when there was a change of power in Nagorno-Karabakh. You said that the people of Nagorno-Karabakh have put their hands on the table. Finally, a national government is being formed in Nagorno-Karabakh,” he said.
According to Pashinyan, the opposition planned to involve Armenia in a war, as a result of which the NK compatriots would not have the opportunity to come to Yerevan after being forcibly displaced. “They would go to Boston, Paris, and Los Angeles to strengthen the ranks of the ARF, which are thinning and disappearing. That was your policy. Why did you come here to give speeches? You have never had an independent policy; you have not even understood what policy you are pursuing; you have pursued a policy so that Armenia will never be an independent, independent state.”
Nikol Pashinyan also announced that he condemns the arrest of the former leaders of Nagorno-Karabakh.
