Deputy of the RA NA “Civil Contract” faction, Vahagn Aleksanyan, wrote on his Facebook page.

The ARF will have to face that the RA authorities need to be more familiar with the document they agreed upon.
The ARF must finally understand that power is not just ministerial portfolios, parliamentary mandates, and a way to build hydroelectric power plants and hotels through them, but responsibility. When forced into an unequal fight, yes, you accept a document with bad conditions as the government. There is no need to blame others for it; there is no need to hold rallies against others.”
