A regular session of the RA government took place today, chaired by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
Before discussing the issues on the agenda, the Prime Minister referred to the challenging humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh due to the illegal blocking of the Lachin Corridor by Azerbaijan, the Baku-Stepanakert dialogue.
The Prime Minister, in particular, noted:

Dear people,
The situation along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border continues to be tense. Azerbaijan continues to move its troops along the state border with Armenia and the line of contact with Nagorno-Karabakh. The humanitarian situation in Nagorno Karabakh is challenging.
One truckload of Russian humanitarian cargo that entered Askeran the previous day cannot have any visible impact on the situation. Some of the humanitarian goods from Armenia and France in 22 trucks are still waiting to enter Nagorno-Karabakh, not far from the Lachin corridor near Kornidzor. Another more significant amount of cargo is nearby.
The international community continues to call for an end to the illegal blockade of the Lachine Corridor. All possible diplomatic efforts are being made to ensure the entry of humanitarian cargo into Nagorno-Karabakh and further supplies. It is important to emphasize that the representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh are fully involved in these negotiations and discussions. We should hope that a reliable international mechanism of Baku-Stepanakert dialogue will be created, and we encourage and encourage our partners in Stepanakert to engage in such conversation. I would also like to inform you that the Republic of Armenia has received new comments from Azerbaijan regarding the text of the peace treaty with Armenia. We will work and provide our comments within a reasonable time.
Peace in our region has no alternative and is the only solution that guarantees the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and security of the countries in our area, which is a necessary and fundamental condition for normal development and progress. And today, also in this sense, it is urgent to overcome the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, towards which, as I said, we will continue to take all possible measures.
