Samantha Power, director of the US International Development Agency (USAID), spoke about the blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh and the humanitarian situation on her X page.

Power, in particular, wrote: “The humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh is rapidly deteriorating. The Lachin and Aghdam routes must be reopened immediately so that rescue aid reaches the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.”
