Tigran Avinyan, the candidate for mayor of Yerevan, stated that legislative changes are being developed shortly with the aim of reorganizing the condominiums.
“We finance these condominiums from our budget and the government’s budget until all cases are brought to zero; we will withdraw from the financing, and you will continue,” said Tigran Avinyan.
He also noted that, due to those analyses, the municipality took upon itself the task of changing the elevators in the buildings, “We are making two bills. The first is in terms of owning houses; the second is in terms of apartments, which have not yet received ownership rights.”
