“We should not make a black-and-white assessment of the actions of this or that partner or the quality of support,” said Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan.
According to him, analyzing and understanding what actors and actions are lacking is necessary. “In that sense, I think it is necessary to discuss and understand what additional guarantees can be applied to exclude such incidents.”
