In response, the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Aykhan Hajizade, stated, “The statements about the “blockade” of the Lachin corridor are unacceptable to meet the demands of the Armenian population against the background of the proposals of the Azerbaijani side, including the Lachin road parallel to the Aghdam-Khankend road, as well as the fact that dozens of Armenians cross the Lachin border crossing in both directions every day.”
