The club’s press service reported that the owner of “Noa” football club representing the Premier League of Armenia has changed. Roman Gevorkyan, the president of NOA Holding, said that the club has a new owner, Vardges Vardanyan, the president of the “Digitain” group of companies.

For about five years, FC “Noa” has been the flag bearer of our holding, where several European clubs are united.
As the first holding team, FC Noah has gone through all the stages of forming a European football club, having legitimate successes and inevitable slip-ups, of which football consists, which undoubtedly contributed to the entry into the European football scene. We set ourselves ambitious goals, many of which we managed to achieve. Within five years, “Noa” FC won the Cup of Armenia and the Super Cup (in the first year of participation), twice became the vice-champion of the country, and played in the UEFA Conference Cup. In addition, a lot of work has been done in the development of youth football. Hundreds of young people began to train at the “Noa” Academy, where the Spanish “Villarreal” development methodology was introduced. These were the years of victories and defeats, the realization of hopes, “Noa” became a club that occupies its rightful place in the football panorama of Armenia.
I thank the players, members of the coaching staff, and the club’s management, all of whom, at different times, invested their strength, energy, and professionalism in the establishment of “Noa.”
Now, the future vector of the development of “Noa” FC will be determined by the club’s new owner, our long-time friend, businessman, and philanthropist Vardges Vardanyan, who, among others, owns the Digitain group of companies, one of the leaders in Armenia’s high-tech sector, as well as the Armenia Wine Company. Businesses that have long proven to possess the secret to natural and long-term success. I am sure that under the auspices of the new owners, the club will set a high benchmark for itself and achieve recent achievements.
And we will continue to be loyal fans of “NOA” and be happy with every team achievement.”
