The struggle of the Indian people for centuries for independence proves the supreme value of having a sovereign and democratic state. This deal underlies our two peoples’ traditional friendly ties and mutual respect.
During our last meeting, we committed to best realize the existing potential between Armenia and India in various fields, and now we can proudly state that the centuries-old Armenian-Indian friendship has entered a qualitatively new phase, which is evidenced by the activation of the bilateral agenda and dialogue between our countries.
We value the increasing role of India as a bearer of democratic values in global politics and support India’s efforts in advancing the international institutional reform agenda.
